The clients being modern in thought but also traditional in practice, this home had to balance between clean aesthetics and ornamental details. Rich but sober materials with motif patterns for accents and a touch of glamour helped achieve the end result. The lower levels of the house which hosts the parking, home office and living areas are more neutral in palette with a touch of opulence and the mood gets intimate and colorful as it goes to the upper levels of the bedrooms and family areas. The transition gradually happens as one climbs up the internal stairs of the house looking up to a linear skylight.
